Capo 3 v3.6.0 MAC OSX

TNT | 09 July 2018 | 35.12 MB

Capo 3 is a revolutionary tool that helps you learn the music in your iTunes library. By slowing your music, automatically detecting chords and quickly generating guitar tablature using the detailed spectrogram, Capo 3’s award-winning capabilities let you learn to play your songs faster than ever. Capo will change the way you learn to play music. The audio-to-note approach will soon seem so natural to you that you will no longer regard your favorite bands’ music as inaccessible to play yourself. You can learn to play any music you have as a recorded audio file, whether an mp3, m4a, wav, or aiff file. This is the future of learning to play music. It’s no wonder Capo won a prestigious Apple Design Award.

With Capo you can learn songs in an intuitive and flexible way. The automatic chord detection appears quickly when you load a song from iTunes, and then updates instantly as you change the key, place a capo on your instrument, or switch tunings.

But there’s more to what musicians can now see in the music they’re learning! Capo makes it easy to learn the details of a music performance using the visual representation of frequencies in an audio file called a “Spectrogram”. Swipe across notes as you listen to the recording to instantly generate guitar tablature. No more searching online for tabs for your favorite new song – or classic song!

And the spectrogram is not only for quick transcriptions. See every nuance in the performance – the note bends, slurs, and vibrato – to visually reinforce what you are hearing.

World-class musicians are praising Capo’s flexibility, speed, and reliability for learning and experimenting with music. Whether used as a problem solver in their day-to-day work of learning music for a gig or just to grow as a musician, Capo is inspiring some of today’s top musicians in the industry.

What’s New Version 3.6
*** New Features ***
* 7 New Languages! — This update adds localizations for French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. We hope to continue adding support for more languages in the future, so please contact us if you’d like to see your native language added to this list!
* (Simple) Piano Chords — Capo can now display chords using familiar keyboard diagrams. The notes in a chord are indicated in a way that makes it easy to build your own chord voicings.
* Improved Guitar Chord Display — Using a bolder font and modified fretboard styling, we made Capo’s chords a little easier to read. We also put in a great deal of work to make the chord display consistent across iOS and macOS versions of Capo.

*** Enhancements ***
* You can now navigate between chords using the left and right arrow keys when a chord is selected.
* Changes to the chord display are now animated

*** Bug Fixes ***
* Empty chord entries no longer appear in the results when editing chords.
* Empty chord boxes no longer appear when detecting and adding new chords.
* We spent some time cleaning up the keyboard event handling to fix a number of issues, such as playback commands interfering with text input, or the playback commands failing to work completely.
* Changes to note entry and audio playback volume are once again persisted to user preferences.

After 3 years of using the original Clariphonic DSP, I’d compiled quite a list of improvements I wanted to make. So I made them all, and the result is the Clariphonic DSP mkII, modeled from the ground up by me using all new algorithms and filters. To my ears, the mkII sounds markedly smoother than the original, and it’s considerably more powerful in use. It has 3 modes: classic Stereo, Dual Mono so I can eq each side differently, or Mid-Side for advanced sweetening. I overhauled the GUI as well, it’s a little easier on the eye and a lot easier to use. Between the smoother sound, the 3 operational modes, and the enhanced interface, I’m more proud of this design than any I’ve done to date, and that’s coming from the guy who recently dropped the Tweaker.

WARNING!!!: Before doing anything, make sure you do a backup of your lib
– Replace original lib at /usr/lib/ with provided lib for your OS

To locate /usr/lib/ got to “Go” menu in Finder, once there click “Go to folder” and type it exactly as it reads.
